I think you bought the german version because on the german version of the game you can choose between different languages on the Language Tab but it has no effect in game and the store page for the german version says: 'Low Violence: The German version of Call of Duty 4 is only available with german language audio and text' that means your version is also censored. The only options would be to get a refund (if you bought on steam) and ask a friend if she/he could buy the international version for you, buy it on a another site (like amazon etc.) or download a language/uncut patch.
